Two (02) Trains of 8500 BPSD VDU & Auxiliaries

This VDU project was awarded to SPEC in 2018 by Al Shabaka – Al Thahabiya Golden Oil Refinery, for final completion in 2022 amidst all the challenges of the pandemic. SPEC facilitated the Design Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction Management, Commissioning Management with Operations and Maintenance of Two (02) Trains of 8500 BPSD Vacuum Distillation Unit (VDU) with all related utilities, tankages, loading/unloading, auxiliaries and buildings.

12,000 BPSD Modular Gasoline production complex

SPEC was awarded this remarkable project in late 2019, prior to the pandemic slow-down. Despite the challenges, this endeavor pushed on with its services of Design Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Commissioning, Training with Operations and Maintenance of a 12,000 BPSD Gasoline Production Complex with all related utilities, tankages, loading/unloading, auxiliaries, and buildings. The main process units include Naphtha HDT, Splitter, C5/C6 Isomerization, and Semi Regen Reformer Unit. It is expected for the completion stage in the first half of 2023.
