In 2016, Gas Train Ltd. awarded SPEC with the revamp, optimization and commissioning of its Egbaoma Gas Processing Plant (100 Ton/day LPG Extraction Facility) including engineering, project management, procurement and fabrication, construction management, commissioning and O&M in Ebedei, Ukwuani Local Government Area in the Delta State of Nigeria

Up to the present (2022), Operation and Maintenance of the facility is with an average production of 30 MMSCFD with recovered LPG 100 ton/day (Propane + Propane/Butane Blend) and 200 BPD Recovered NGL.

10,000 BPD Early Production Facility

This is SPEC’s first project with Hunt Oil, signed in January 2016 and completed immediately in 2017. SPEC provided the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of 10,000 BPD very high sour oil early production facility, at the Ain Sifni block in Kurdistan, Iraq.

The services also include the following major processing equipment:

  • Direct fired heater
  • Three-phase separators (heavy and light crude)
  • Electrostatic Dehydrator and Desalter
  • H2S stripping column with nitrogen generation package
